Time to be with yourself and what is important
I. Dedicated Practice (10-40 minutes daily)
Build capacity to see and transform patterns
Three Steps:
1. Return with Meditation on What's Important to You
Before meditation, check in with your level of energy, without any judgment. In this practice, you will be taking out time to be with yourself. If you need more time with it, you can continue to meditate even after the audio guidance is over or try some journaling afterwards.
2. Listen Within for Understanding
This isn’t about religion or ideology. It’s simply the space where your spirit comes alive, where you naturally feel energized.
Remember the last time you felt alive, connected, purposeful - it could be reading poetry, working towards a fitness goal, volunteering, helping a friend or family member… - how does it feels to spend time on what is meaningful?
Can you see how important this room is for your vitality and energy?
What supports you in living purposefully and what gets in the way?
3. Begin with Intention
Note during the day what activities make you feel inspired and energized and what activities feel emotionally and spiritually depleting. Commit to one activity that aligns with your sense of purpose and nurtures your spiritual domain.
